  • How do I make a purchase?

    You can shop our collectibles here in our online shop. We also have a selection of exclusive inventory available for in-person shopping at The Clothing Bar in Marda Loop.

  • I just made a purchase! When will I receive it?

    We now offer free delivery within Calgary only or $20 flat-rate shipping elsewhere within Canada. Local delivery days occur biweekly - you'll receive an email notification when your order is out for delivery! Shipping within Canada can take 2-4 weeks depending on order size and shipping location.

  • What is your policy on lost or stolen delivered items?

    We take every precaution to ensure that your purchases are delivered safely. Once your item is delivered, we provide proof of delivery via photo and email to the buyer. However, after proof of delivery is provided, Bell Jar Collectibles is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We encourage our buyers to make arrangements for a secure delivery location, or to be available to receive their items personally. Our goal is to make the delivery process as smooth and secure as possible!

  • I'm looking for something specific. Do you source items upon request?

    We are absolutely open to sourcing specific items upon request. Please message us with the details to start this process and we’ll do our best to assist you!

  • What is your policy on returns and refunds?

    All sales at Bell Jar Collectibles are final. Our items are carefully described and photographed to ensure there are no surprises when you collect your order, so please review the item details before completing your purchase.

  • Are the items cleaned or restored before sale?

    We take care to clean and, where appropriate, gently restore items without compromising their vintage integrity. Each item’s description will detail its condition and any restoration work done.

  • Can items be reserved or held before purchase?

    Given the unique “one of a kind” nature of our items, we typically do not hold or reserve items. Sales are on a first-come, first-served basis. Subscribe to our newsletter and keep an eye on our social channels for new stock announcements if you’re eager to be the first in line for new items!

  • Can I put my BJC dishes, glassware, and cookware in the dishwasher?

    While many of our items have stood the test of time, we cannot guarantee that they will tolerate your washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, or microwave, and as such recommend that all items are handled with care and gently hand-washed only.

  • How often do you update your inventory?

    We update our inventory several times each month. Sign up for our email newsletter and follow our social channels to stay updated on our latest finds and collectibles.

  • Can I get more information or additional photos of an item before purchasing?

    Absolutely! If you need more information or additional photos of any item, please send us an email or Instagram DM and we will be happy to provide more details.

  • Can I cancel my purchase after a payment?

    Once your payment is complete, the sale is considered final, so we encourage careful consideration before completing your purchase.
